SKIN GALAXY STORE POLICY

APPOINTMENT AND TREATMENT POLICY

  • We ask new clients to please arrive 10 minutes prior to treatment time in order to complete consultation forms.
  • Please advise if you are running late to your appointment as we might be able to rearrange it to avoid inconveniencing other clients who are on time.
  • During treatment, client and operator must wear protective eyewear.
  • Is it not recommended to bring another person in the treatment room to watch the treatment as this is unnecessary exposure to laser. Children are not allowed in treatment room while parents are having laser treatment done.
  • Please advise the laser technician on any changes in medical conditions, medication consumption, pregnancy, fake tans and excessive sun exposure. Some of these factors can make your skin sun sensitive, being prone to laser burns.

PRICING STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Applicable to all sales and promotions issued or advertised by Skin Galaxy: Not in conjunction with any other offer unless approved by management.

  • Pre-payment / purchase is required.
  • Treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person unless advertised
  • Promotional pricing not applicable for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.
  • Offer is for a limited time only and is subject to availability purchased. (Example, Buy 3 sessions have 4 months expiry)
  • Skin Galaxy reserves the right to end the sale at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
  • Promotion pricing applies to specified treatments only. Excludes all other treatments and products listed in the Skin Galaxy treatment and pricing guide, or website.
  • Skin Galaxy practitioners reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and to refuse treatment for the client if deemed not suitable.
  • QUOTES ON PACKAGES – Quotes given to you are valid for 2 weeks from date of agreement from clinic. Quotes given during consultation, social media, interviews will expire AFTER 2 weeks.
  • Any treatments purhcased online cannot be refunded. If treatment is not reccomended by Skin Galaxy Therapist, a credit will be applied on account. 

PRICING POLICY

  • We reserve the right to change treatment, product and service prices at any time without any prior warning or notice.
  • We do not refund on any treatments purchased in advanced. We can apply credit for the amount paid, which will have a expiry of 3 months from date of credit.
  • Change of mind is accepted for the same value. If exchanged on a lower cost treatment we do not credit the remaining cost lost.
  • Skin Galaxy runs monthly promotional prices on selected treatment areas at our discretion. Those might be advertised on our website, social media and clinic window. The following terms apply for our monthly promotions:
  • Promotions are valid only for the particular promotional month and no extensions will be granted. If you have been quoted a price during a promotional period and choose not to accept, we reserve the right not to honour the quote once it has expired.
  • Promotional prices can be packaged together in a bundle of 5 or 10 treatments, which are non-refundable and not exchangeable, according to our Refund Policy
  • Clients may require consultation and prep (sometimes in the form of treatment or skincare) before treatment.
  • NOTE: From time to time additional promotional terms may apply

ADVERSE REACTION POLICY

  • Adverse reactions are rare but sometimes happen with laser treatments. On your initial consultation you will sign a legal document stating all the potential risks and reactions involved in the treatment.
  • Should you experience a side effect, we will require from 12 weeks to investigate and address your concern. During this time, we might require weekly consultations for assessment, photos for documentation, additional treatments and products to be purchased by the client.

VALUABLES

  • When coming to our clinic, any personal belongings brought by you are solely your responsibility and we kindly ask you to take care of your valuables. Therefore we exclude ourselves of any liability for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged personal items when travelling to and from your appointment and whilst you are in the clinic.
